Everyone who put money on the Marlins’ being in the playoffs — or even coming close — please stand up and give a big shout. Okay. Now sit down and shut up, you liars. We admit our own derogatory declamation of the teal sleepers (no, it’s not a dream!) in our early-season endorsements of the MLB experience. The games are a blast, even if our heroes get whipped more often than not, we said. We were right, except our heroes did not get whipped so often, instead turning this season into a thriller. The underdogs bark again tonight at 7:05 as they try to put the bite on the Cincinnati Reds. The Fish and the Reds are evenly matched, but you know which team our money is on. Tickets range from $6 to $90. Dolphin Stadium is located at 2269 Dan Marino Blvd., Miami Gardens. Call 1-877-MARLINS, or visit florida.marlins.mlb.com.
