Blues, brews and barbecue. Really, is there anything more a man needs in life? Well, you need five bucks to get into the first annual Blues, Brews and Barbecue bash, set for Saturday and Sunday, April 16 and 17, at Homestead’s Fruit & Spice Park. Gates open at 10 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. for two days that will feature the Pit Bull Blues Band, country singer Matt Mansfield, and others, plus all the fine ‘cue you can handle, along with roasted corn on the cob, funnel cake, ice cream and shakes, fresh-baked pies, and, of course, plenty of cold suds.
April 16-17, 10 a.m., 2011
