This Friday through Sunday, the Hyatt Regency in downtown Miami (400 SE Second Ave., Miami) will be so full of ink-slinging talent from around the world that your only problem might be running out of skin to draw on. Artists are flying in from as far as Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and even Italy. But the convention floor will also be abuzz with live art demos. (Think of hot chicks getting their bodies painted.) And seminars will abound on subjects ranging from comic illustration to black-and-gray realism. There will also be contests, music, food, and vendors you won’t find anywhere else. It’s like Art Basel for body art.
