It’s obvious that Ole Tapas & More was created for the Brickell office crowd. The recently opened restaurant is located in the sky lobby at the Four Seasons, where at $5 an hour, parking may run you more than your sandwich. The restaurant opens Monday through Friday only from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., so forget about it as an option for dinner on a weekend. It’s breakfast, lunch and maybe very early tapas.
With that in mind, Ole’s menu runs the typical gamut. You may choose from bocadillos (sandwiches), cheese platters, hot and cold tapas including the staples like gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp), Spanish tortilla, boquerones a la vinagreta (marinated anchovies), and croquetas.
Prices are reasonable for Brickell. Sandwiches range from $5.50 to $10. A combo of Serrano, manchego and chorizo was a good lunch option. Add a glass of house red wine for $4 and it’s not a bad deal, but maybe not one that may compel one to travel there. If you do, however, save yourself some money and park on 15th Street.
