Even if your best attempt at a healthy lifestyle involves a once-a-month visit to Smoothie King, there are plenty of ways to ease into a better-for-you way of life. One such way is Jugofresh. And now, Miami’s juice-masters are bringing you a side of yoga with that goji lemonade.
Once a month, the Wynwood locale will be hosting a “yoga del barrio” class, taught by local instructor Dawn B. Feinberg. The classes kick off on April 16th, and they’re totally free. Juice does cost extra.

The classes will happen on the third Wednesday of every month. Expect a mash-up of breath-based ashtanga and Jivamukti Yoga, a playlist curated by Dawn and an awesome aesthetic backdrop.

“The idea is to bring the community together and offer the people of Wynwood a way to pause and focus on nurturing their personal and physical well being,” says Jugofresh founder Matthew Sherman.
Makes sense, since juicing and yoga are a pretty apt pair.
“What you put into your body on a daily basis is just as important for you as the movement of your body and the quieting of your mind,” Sherman adds.
The series starts on Wednesday, April 16th at 6:15 p.m. at Jugofresh Wynwood Walls. You can just show up (no sign-up required), but should probs bring your own mat. If you forget, they’ll have a few on hand.
