Miami’s suddenly superstar mayor, who has been rumored as a candidate for everything from Secretary of Transportation to Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, sounded off to Reuters today about how to fix the economy.

The answer, according to Manny, is infrastructure. Lots and lots of delicious, government-funded infrastructure.

Manny is not so clear on how all of these wonderful bridges, roads, and public works projects are going to fix the worst condo-market in the country, but cut the guy some slack. He can’t solve ALL of our problems in one day.
