A man was bending genders and the law this week when he showed up at a PNC Bank in Sebastian, Florida, dressed in women’s clothes accessorized with a purse containing a handgun. While his lace-accented fuchsia sweater and hot-pink fuzzy slippers suggested something casual, the man meant business and demanded cash from the teller.

According to TC Palm, the incident occurred last Tuesday around 3:20 p.m. In addition to the sweater and slippers, the man was also wearing black flare-legged pants, a knit wool cap, and a multicolored print purse. Despite the get-up, however, he made no attempt to hide his face.

The man pulled out the gun and demanded cash. He then took off and, even though he wasn’t wearing ideal footwear, hopped a fence during his getaway.

Police are still on the lookout for the cross-dressing bandit. He’s described as a black man in his early 20s, about 5’9″ and 140 pounds. No word on if he’s still wearing lady’s clothes.
