Attention, all roosters: For an evening of retro entertainment, grab your best hen (or best rooster — hell, who’s judging?) and wing it over to Cha Cha Rooster at Lord’s South Beach, where singer Glenda Grainger caws all the hits of yesteryear at 8:30 and 10 p.m. every Friday and Saturday.

She might not have been queen of the coop, but she was certainly up there, appearing on the late-night TV shows of Johnny Carson, Merv Griffin, and Dean Martin (yes, these were real people), as well as in the movie Hook, Line & Sinker starring Jerry Lewis. (Hint: Jerry’s Kids. He was once considered a comedian; the French actually thought he was funny. Go figure.)

Anyway, Glenda will ruffle your feathers during a three-course, $30 prix fixe of Cha Cha’s “Latin-inspired modern Miami eats,” which could include anything from beef or chicken anticuchos to braised short ribs with truffled celery root purée and artichoke confit.
