Tonight is the premiere of  “The Smokin’ South,” featuring Miami’s own Dim Ssäm à Gogo truck serving up some duck and

chunk’d tots. Other trucks to watch for are South Carolina’s Bone-In

Barbeque, Hawaii’s Flip’d Out Truck, and Orlando’s Crooked Spoon.
