Food truck burgers just got a little more interesting with the debut of Okay! Extreme Burgers at Cauley Square tonight. The truck features Colombian-style burgers and hot dogs, offering both ala carte and combo options.
What really sets this truck apart is the gut-bomb Extreme Burger, a giant sandwich consisting of two 6 oz. patties, bacon, sausage, egg, tomato, lettuce, sweet corn and salsa on a bun ($9 or $12 for a combo with fries and a soda) and the Twin Salchipapa, a double serving of french fries topped with sliced sausage, salsa, ketchup and mustard ($9 includes two sodas).
Try the Extreme Okay Burger at Cauley Square tonight from 5:30 – 10:00 p.m., with other trucks: Dog Eat Dog, Metro Deli Express, El Rincon Del Coqui, ShaoRoma Romanian Fresh Food, and Tango Grill.
