Among the old faithfuls to win the spoon this year: Arturo’s, Johnny V, Cafe Boulud, and Sunfish Grill in Broward Palm Beach; and Michy’s, Cacao, Ortanique, Pascal’s, North One Ten, Timo, Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove, and OLA in Miami.
