A naked man running around a Miami neighborhood ended up impaling himself on a gate while trying to escape cops earlier this morning.
The incident happened around 2 a.m. Police received a call from a screaming woman who claimed she had been assaulted. When they arrived at the scene, the found a naked man running around the area of Bayshore Drive between 80th and 82nd streets.
According to WSVN, police had to call out K9 units and a helicopter to locate the naked man. When they found him, they chased the man, but he attempted to jump over an iron gate. Instead, he ended up impaling his leg on one of the gate posts.
Miami Fire-Rescue arrived at the scene to free the man and had to cut the gate to do so. He was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital.
