Attention party animals!
Sweden’s Miike Snow will be breaking it down at Ultra Music Festival, and you don’t wanna be caught slippin’.
No, Miike Snow is not a man. It’s a group of electro-pop producers — Christian Karlsson, Pontus Winnberg, and Andrew Wyatt — that’s created some of the biggest dance-floor jams of the past few years. The trio’s hit “Animal” was completely unavoidable in 2009 and still gets dropped pretty heavy, especially the remix from Fake Blood.
But here’s something you probably didn’t know: The Miike Snow bros won a Grammy for their work on Britney Spears’ “Toxic,” which explains that particular guilty pleasure.

The group’s set at Ultra comes just before the release of its highly anticipated second album, Happy to You. Singles from the album, “Devil’s Work” and “Paddling Out,” have already gotten a lot of blog buzz.
These guys are the best blend of hipster rock and EDM around, which
makes them the perfect addition to your Ultra Fest experience. So make sure you
catch them on the first day and get blown up. Uh, we mean, away.
Drugs are bad.
