The greatest damage a Taco Bell burrito can do to you is from the inside, but that didn’t stop Erik Brown from using a burrito in a more traditional form of assault.
The 36-year-old was arrested February 15 in Port St. Lucie for a domestic dispute involving a burrito as the weapon.
According to the arrest affidavit attained by the Smoking Gun, Brown’s 16-year-old brother-in-law was arguing with his mother. The teen was demanding his mom bring him the burrito, and for some reason this upset Brown. So he grabbed the stuffed tortilla and threw it at his face.
Though the teen didn’t sustain any serious injuries, police noted he “had burrito cheese, sauce, and meat all over his clothing and face.” The teen told police, however, that he was fearful of living with Brown and afraid of further violence.

Brown countered he was just angry that the boy was being disrespectful to his mother.
Brown, however, didn’t help his case by threatening to knock the boy out when he was released from jail.
