Eater, with the help of Frodnesor of Food for Thought Miami uncovered a slew of filings against the eatery by its landlord — referred to as Lincoln Road III (LLC) — including a scheduled court hearing. A motion to “determine accrued rent” signifies this could be a dispute about unpaid cash. The reason for Miss Yip’s move likely isn’t convenience. It’s possibly an eviction.

Management told Short Order the reason for the downgraded Miss Yip at Lincoln Lane was because of an impending move to Lincoln Road proper.
