Will there be electric pumpkins, DVDs covered in seed slime, dinosaurs eating pie, or pre-historic creatures making you laugh like they do on celluloid?
According to a 20th Century Fox representative, no.
But that doesn’t mean it won’t be worth checking out the pumpkin patches at The Little Farm (13401 SW 224 Street), or Miami Lakes United Methodist Church (14800 NW 67 Avenue) this Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. t0 3 p.m.
In addition to all the pumpkin patching good times you’d expect for the fam to enjoy, Fox will be there with you celebrating the release of Ice Age 3 on DVD. They’ll be giving out glowsticks, raffling off a box set, and hiring a professional pumpkin carver to show off their knife skills.

A Fox rep told us “It’s a perfect time of year. it’s just a kind of family event and everyone loves pumpkins, and Ice Age 3 is a family movie popular with adults and children.”
“Will there be any DVDs hidden inside pumpkins?” we asked.
“No.”
