Maybe you’ve had a Michelada in Mexico? Typical of the north, a chilled lager-style beer meets Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, hot sauce and soy sauce in a salt and chili-rimmed glass.
That’s what first comes to mind with TIMO’s Chipolte Margarita, although it’s a treat all its own. Instead of tequila, this ‘rita is actually more like a “Miami-spiced” vodka screwdriver. Try out this recipe at home, or let TIMO’s bar whip up a perfect specimen while you wait for its Maine sea scallops with grilled octopus, chick peas, lemon, and rosemary from the Miami Spice menu to arrive.
