Brunch is the best meal ever. And in Miami, we’ve got lots of drop-dead delicious spots capable of curing hangovers, inducing food comas, and basically serving as the highlight of our weekends. And according to Open Table diners, four spots in our sunny city offer some of the nation’s best brunches.

The 94th Aero Squadron, the Biltmore Hotel, Peacock Garden Café, and Mister Collins all scored in the top 100 of diners’ faves. The final list was based on 5 million restaurant reviews submitted by OpenTable diners for more than 15,000 restaurants nationwide. Not a bad showing, MIA.

While it’s somewhat surprising that some of Miami’s more traditional brunch favorites didn’t make the list (no nod to Morgan’s, Yardbird, or GreenStreet?), readers laud the brunch buffet at the airport-adjacent 94th Aero Squadron (San Diego’s outpost also made the list). They also rave about Coral Gables’ landmark Biltmore Hotel brunch, as well as Coconut Grove’s breezy, tree-shaded Peacock Garden Café, and Bal Harbour’s swanky Mister Collins. Four other spots in Florida also made the list.

It’s only Tuesday, but this list totally has us hungry for Saturday’s midday meal. Dammit, why do weekdays have to get in the way?
