The holidays are here, and what better way to get in the festive mood than by taking in some the season’s most beloved songs? Instead of putting on an old holiday CD, you might want to experience the season’s soundtrack in an innovative and spectacular way. Enter the Sights & Sounds of the Season. The New World Symphony and the City of Miami Beach are celebrating the season with a special presentation this Saturday at the New World Center (500 17th St., Miami Beach). This free event also marks the final Wallcast concert of the season, one that’s practically guaranteed to leave you in the holiday spirit. If you’re new to the concept of Wallcasts, you’ll be dazzled by the unique sensory experience the concerts create. Concertgoers can “see” sound and hear art with a creative combination of audio and visuals. The concerts are showcased on Miami Beach SoundScape’s eye-catching 7,000-square-foot projection wall, making them even more spectacular.
