Crank up your appetite for the South Beach Wine & Food Festival (Feb. 24 to 27) by drooling over the food of one of Miami’s hottest chefs at one of the final cooking demos at the Coral Gables Whole Foods Market. Kris Wessel of Red Lightwill be cooking up his specialties and conducting a Q&A on January 27. If you go, you’ll also be eligible to win two tickets to the Whole Foods’ Grand Tasting Village at the festival on Sunday, Feb. 27. Admission is free but you gotta make rezzies.
