At Chef Allen’s in Aventura, original Mango Gangster Allen Susser is cooking up a three-course dinner. Starters include pastrami-cured salmon with mustard green salad, entrees include wood-grilled lamb chops with curried root vegetables and red wine sauce, and desserts include apple tart tatin with spiced calabaza ice cream and pomegranate syrup.
