On the cusp of Art Basel Miami Beach, Pérez Art Museum Miami is tempting locals and visitors alike with the ultimate party. The world’s oldest and largest HIV/AIDS fundraiser, the White Party, is back to celebrate 30 years of advocating for victims of the disease worldwide. The 30th-anniversary “Diamond Jubilee” will kick off in true VIP fashion at PAMM this Saturday from 7 p.m. to midnight.
Partiers will enjoy complimentary cocktails all night long while bouncing to the beats of DJ David Knapp and the White Party Symphony, conducted by Sam Hyken. Guests can also try their luck at the casino, chow down on hors d’oeuvres, and get their good-cause-party on. Just try not to spill on your fabulous white attire.
General admission for the White Party at PAMM (1103 Biscayne Blvd., Miami) costs $237 and includes an open bar with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres from 7 to 9 p.m.), and live entertainment. Visit whiteparty.org or call 800-316-8559.
