Although Back to the Future Part II is considered the darkest and most complex film of the iconic Robert Zemeckis trilogy, most movie lovers remember the nostalgia, the special effects, and the wonder of hydrated pizza in the distant year of 2015. In 2014, we sadly still can’t taste that pizza or Pepsi Perfect, and proposed hoverboards going for $10,000 on Kickstarter hover only over metal. Thanks to Popcorn Nights and O Cinema, we can indulge in the futuristic fantasy that was Back to the Future with a special night dedicated to the second film’s 25th anniversary. Beginning at 9 p.m. Monday at O Cinema Wynwood (90 NW 29th St., Miami), film fans can watch Part II and participate in a live Q&A via Skype with Jeffrey Weissman, who played George McFly in the second installment. Tickets cost $12. Call 305-571-9970 or visit o-cinema.org.
Mon., Nov. 24, 9 p.m., 2014
