The Electric Pickle is poised to delight downtown’s techno cognoscenti again this Friday night with a special DJ set by acclaimed DJ/Producer Alexi Delano. Chilean-born Delano spent his formative years in Sweden where he was part of the first wave of notable Swedish EDM producers in the mid-’90s. He has since gained steady international accolades as a techno and house producer whose eclectic output for such labels as Poker Flat and Plus 8 consistently surprise and win over listeners. Known for DJ sets that span the broad spectrum of contemporary tech sounds, from dark tinny minimal to vivacious big room bangers, Delano is sure to tickle the Pickle this Friday. Locals Dsan Powell and Sabox will spin in support. Delano is also scheduled for an afterhours appearance at Nocturnal starting at 4 a.m.
