Fall semester has begun at Florida International University’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, which means the $18 lunch deal is back! Students in the school’s Advanced Foodservice Management classes, under the direction of Chef Mike Moran and Chef Roger Probst, host, serve, and prepare the lunch every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday through December 3.


Seating has been added this fall due to the increasing popularity of

the program. Menus change weekly, but always include an appetizer or

salad, bread, choice of entree, dessert, glass of wine, and coffee. For

129, Biscayne Bay Campus. Seating begins promptly at 11:45am. Dress

Checks can be made payable to “FIU.” Cancellations must be made at

least two days in advance to receive a reimbursement.
