Chateau Rollan de By wines and sample three burgers from their neighbors at 8oz. Burger Bar. Not impressed? You can also rub shoulders with Jean Guyon, Chateaux’s owner. This enigmatic Frenchman epitomizes vine-grower ambition and should give you plenty of fodder for dinner conversation.
