Azul Chef Joel Huff will take a short vacation from the kitchen madness that Miami Spice creates to appear on Today.
Huff, who took the post as chef de cuisine at Azul as recently as March, was recently spotted serving up Japanese corn custard with Iberico ham at the Miami Spice Kickoff event.
Huff plans to make crab carbonara with Meyer lemon, black pepper and parsley on the NBC morning show. The segment airs tomorrow at 9:45 a.m.
Huff’s New York itinerary also includes a visit to the James Beard House with Azul sommelier Cynthia Betancourt and executive pastry chef Frederic Monnet before heading back to his kitchen in Miami.
