If you live or work in downtown Miami, you’ll likely notice dozens of people enjoying food from a group of food trucks at Bayfront Park tonight.
Called Bayfront Nights, this new roundup organized by Latin Burger & Taco’s Jim Heins and Ms. Cheezious‘ Brian Mullins, premieres this evening and runs through the summer.
“This is Miami’s version of Central Park,” says Latin Burger’s Jim Heins. “It’s the most beautiful setting in Miami. Brian and I had a vision of people spreading out their blankets and enjoying the bay breeze with their families.”

feature a DJ spinning tunes for your eating enjoyment. A cash bar will
be available starting next week.
Bayfront Park welcomes food trucks at lunchtime and at certain
festivals, but this is the first weekly dinner roundup at the downtown
park. Heins hopes this will be a start of a long-term event that runs
through the fall. “The City of Miami has been great to work with. We’re
all looking forward to Bayfront Nights.”
Food trucks will vary by week, but tonight’s roster includes:

- Dim Ssam a GoGo

- Jefe’s
Original Fish Taco & Burgers

- Dolci Pecatti
- Gypsy Kitchen
