South Beach will welcome a new modern bistro with New York style, when Charles St. opens at the Boulan South Beach Hotel at the end of February.

The intimate 70-seat restaurant will feature affordable food, hand-crafted cocktails, and a diverse wine selection. The restaurant, designed by Casa Conde & Associates, will feature a communal counter and cozy dining tables.


The restaurant, a collaboration between Maso Hospitality Group and THINK Hospitality, will be open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night service, with plans for a weekend brunch.
