Step aboard Scarpetta. So maybe chef Scott Conant’s restaurant at the Fontainebleau doesn’t sit on water, but the restaurant’s nautical decor and water views will make you feel like you’re dining aboard a luxurious ship.

Designed by DC Studios USA, the main dining room combines rich wood and leather with accents in subtle blues and whites. Large columns contrast starkly with the warm wood floors of the main dining room, adding interest to the space.

The maritime detailing is present in the form of rope around the columns, polished brass and glossy lacquer. But it’s the bar and lounge that we love the most with its black- and white-patterned back wall, warm lighting and beautiful high chairs.
