Area 31
Menu Highlights: squash soup with foie gras; pork tenderloin with bacon sweet potato hash and cranberry jam; confit

turkey thigh with braised carrots and rosemary walnut stuffing; braised

short ribs with horseradish potato puree ($95 per person).

Cecconi’s at Soho House
Menu Highlights: raviolini del plin with parmesan fonduta and black truffles; roasted lamb shoulder with lentils, brussel sprouts and fingerling potatoes; grilled lobster tail with asparagus and celery root puree; dolce panettone with warm zabaione ($85 per person).

Chophouse Miami

Menu Highlights: roasted chestnut soup with smoked Applewood bacon and candied ginger; Virginia honey glazed ham with truffled mashed potato, green bean gratin, sweet potato, pineapple-whiskey compote and corn bread bacon stuffing; bourbon pecan pie with eggnog anglaise and ginger ice cream ($55 per person).

Edge, Steak & Bar
Menu Highlights: winter pumpkin bisque; spiny lobster with spiced Chantilly and chervil; crispy pork belly with candied chestnut puree, Loxahatchee mint and cipollini; duck confit and foraged mushroom strudel with Valencia orange braised endive and truffle essence; stuffed breast of turkey, sweet potato brûlée, haricot verts, cranberry and chestnut puree; eggnog soufflé with cinnamon anglaise ($85 per person).

Gotham Steak
Menu Highlights: seared venison loin with pumpkin custard, huckleberries and roasted sunchokes; roast prime rib of beef with Yorkshire pudding; gingerbread tart with cranberry-apple and eggnog ice cream ($12 – $38).
