Panther Coffee is all the rage these days; Blue Collar, Daniel Serfer’s working class American comfort food joint in MiMo, serves it by the thermos. Panther Coffee is now returning the favor, so to speak, by carrying Blue Collar’s Butterscotch Heath Bar Bread Pudding in its shop.
“I chose to partner with Panther Coffee because it is the best coffee I have ever had, and I also think it is important for small businesses to support each other,” says chef Serfer. “It definitely doesn’t hurt that my bread pudding goes together perfectly with Panther coffee.”
The portion at Panther, $4, is smaller than the one proffered at Blue Collar, but still packs a delectable and caloric punch. So when you want a delicious homespun dessert with your cup of coffee at the Wynwood shop, Panther can now anther with the Butterscotch Heath Bar bread pudding.
