Sean Bernal is out as executive chef at new Estiatorio Milos, which opened less than a month ago on South Beach.
A call to the restaurant confirmed the chef was no longer behind the burner, though details weren’t released.
Bernal’s Facebook page also seems to have confirmed that the chef is no longer with Milos.
Bernal has a resume that includes some of south Florida’s best restaurants like The Oceanaire Seafood Room, Sushi Samba, and Blue Door Fish.
