On March 31 at 7 p.m., 30 local restaurants will compete their meat at Wynwood’s Miami Entertainment Complex.
On Friday we asked you to let us know which you preferred — the Frita with its Latin flavors and mix of beef, chorizo, and spices, or the classic burger — naked except for some cheese and ketchup.
George Milian went above and beyond the call of duty and wrote a lovely haiku about the frita:

George so inspired us, that we’re giving away another pair of tickets to The Grind. This time, we’d like you to post a poem, song, or limerick (keep it clean, Miami) on Facebook that celebrates the burger. Best one wins. We’ll announce the winner (and post the winning poem) on Friday.
