Saturday evening brought the first Wynwood Food Truckers Meet Up. It was organized by Richard Hales, chef/owner of Sakaya Kitchen and the Dim Ssäm a gogo truck. Some two dozen gastrowheelers were on hand, including many last seen two evenings earlier at the Biscayne Triangle Truck Court and Truckers Meeting Round Up (I’m still a bit fuzzy on the names of these get-togethers). What follows are some photos and salient observations about Saturday’s saline event.
Worst Noise Polluter: Divan Bakery & Coffee
Best Dish Of The Night: Gingered Brussels Sprouts at Dim Ssäm a gogo
Worst Dish Of The Night: Grill Master Cafe‘s Steak Pinchos
Best Innovation Of Wynwood Truckers Meet Up: Picnic Tables
