Miami loves Dixon.
In fact, the whole world loves him. The veteran Berlin DJ-producer was ranked the seventh top DJ of 2010 by Resident Advisor, placing him right behind the likes of EDM demigods Ricardo Villalobos and Richie Hawtin.
So what makes Mr. Dixon so special? His Innervisions imprint, for one. Since the mid 2000s, he’s been cranking out some of the most forward-thinking yet timeless dance cuts by acclaimed producers like Âme (co-owners of the label), Henrik Schwarz and Marcus Worgull.
With Dixon returning to his regular Miami haunt — the Electric Pickle — on Thursday, Crossfade went digging into the Innervisions catalog for some of the bombs we’re most dying to hear.
