Mansion just launched its new Cocktails & Dreams bar.
And sure, hand-crafted cocktails aren’t what the South Beach megaclub built its reputation on. But the Opium Group establishment is willing to bet the VIPs are gonna appreciate the attention to detail and use of fresh, local ingredients.
Here’s a sneak peek at five new $18 drinks from the SoBe party spot.

$18 Secret Garden
This vodka-based martini is finished with cucumber, mint, lime, and agave nectar. It’s a light and refreshing personal creation from mixologist George Cavros.
$18 Ramos Gin Fizz
This taste’s a lot better than your dad’s Gin Fizz. It’s made with egg whites, orange blossom water, lemons, limes, half and half, and a house-made maple syrup. Then it’s topped with bitters in the Mansion stencil.

$18 Smoked Manhattan
The showiest cocktail at the ball is without a doubt the “Smoked” Manhattan. It’s served on a branded plank of wood, but not before they literally set that plank on fire, then capture the smoky flavor in the serving glass. It’s fleshed out with whiskey, sweet Italian vermouth, grand marnier, and bitters.
$18 Mojito
Even the Mojito gets a funky twist, flavored with whatever well-paired fruits are in season. On top of your quintessential rum, mint, lime, and soda, we got to try it with kiwi.
$16 Vodka and Red Bull foam
Yes, you heard us right. Mansion is making its own whipped Red Bull. It takes the edge off the sugary energy drink while maintaining enough of the flavor to be mind-blowing. That boring standard sounds a lot more fun, right?
