Miami’s premier mega-club Space just turned ten years old last month (that’s about a hundred in nightclub years) and still shows no signs of slowing down — certainly not on Saturday nights, which have become synonymous with world-class techno bookings. This Saturday brings two high-profile international talents to the venue, Mark Knight and Luca Bachetti.
British DJ/producer Mark Knight has enjoyed substantial commercial success since the late 2000s through residencies at famed club Amnesia in Ibiza and London’s Ministry of Sound, while his chart-topping Toolroom Records label boasts releases by everyone from Underworld to David Guetta.
Italian DJ/producer Luca Bachetti has gained steady notoriety in the international techno scene in recent years, and in 2010 he launched the Hideout imprint with acclaimed producer Davide Squillace. He also counts his releases among top labels like Wagon Repair, Ovum and SCI-TEC, and made his hypnotic minimal techno sounds known on dancefloors from Tokyo to Barcelona. Catch both Mark Knight and Luca Bachetti along with Space terrace and Techno Loft residents this Saturday.
