Ever since Lil Wayne got out of the clink last week, the hip-hop industry has been insanely buzzed about what Lil Tunechi’s gonna do next.
Yet, for diehard heads who’ve been with the game since Busta was just a shortie in Leaders of the New School, hip-hop’s never lost its excitement or fervor, especially when you’ve got artists like Talib Kweli who consistently produce relevant music for the masses.
So for all you hip-hoppers, b-boys, recovering graffiti writers, and burgeoning MCs, come check out Talib tonight and tomorrow.
First, he’ll make a not-so-surprise appearance at Wall for the club’s Tuesday party, Favela Beach. And then Wednesday night, he’ll helm a more intimate gathering, the opening night at AE District for a photo exhibition titled “True Hip-Hop.”
