Cool hued lights and serene music made for a peaceful atmosphere at this weekend’s Guava Rugelach Festival.

Ladino singer Susana Behar, flamenco guitarist Jose Luis Rodriguez, and dancer Niurca Marquez’s worldly fusion, exploring the roots of Spanish and Jewish music culture, left the crowd awestruck.

Accompanists Ariadne Barbe-Villa on the bass and Romulo Bernal with Reza Filsoofi handling various rhythmic instruments, rounded out the troupe.

Here are some pictures from the night.
