What happens why you forget a good friend’s birthday? Well, you perhaps try to avoid that person for a while until you can figure out how to make it up to them and then give them a kick-ass party insisting this was the plan all along. So perhaps this is the reason why the Vagabond waited two months after its actually one-year anniversary to celebrate the milestone. Though the venue may be one year old, we feel like its been sitting comfortably on the corner of 14th Street and NE Miami Place for years.
While the celebration started at the venue’s Tuesday night Stone Groove party, the party continues tonight and into the weekend. Here is the lineup:
Tonight, Shake hosts legendary hip-hop DJ Tony Touch along with resident DJs Doormouse, DS and Alex Caso.
Friday, local electronic artist Panic Bomber and indie darlings Van*Gloria will be playing live along with resident DJs Ray Milian, Lolo, Mike Deuce, Danny Ashe, UVS, Carmel Ophir and Chris Graham.
