The subhuman puddle of uncontrollable rage and entitlement known to the public as Chris Brown has gotten himself into even more legal trouble. The singer-dancer-woman-beater stands accused by Miami Beach cops of snatching an iPhone from a fan last weekend outside a SoBe club and then driving off with it. If true, Chris Brown is a giant out-of-control jerk. If not true, well, he’s still a giant jerk.
According to Miami Beach Police, on early Sunday, February 19th, Brown was leaving South Beach nightclub Cameo along with “Rack City” rapper Tyga. Christal Spann, 24, said she spotted the singer-dancer-woman-beater and wanted to snap a picture, but then Brown spotted her.
Spann tells police that Brown shouted, “Bitch, you ain’t going to put that on no website,” according to CBS4.
He reached through the open window of his Bentley, snatched the phone, rolled up the window and then drove off.

Brown has now been accused with one count of robbery. Police will continue to investigate the incident. No official charges however have been filed, and Brown has not been arrested.
Brown had been in Miami visiting this past weekend, and was spotted later in the day walking around town in two giant gold chains.
Update: The media hubbub over Brown’s alleged iPhone theft has grown loud enough that State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle has just released a statement clarifying that her office hasn’t charged Brown with a crime yet. Here’s her statement:
“My prosecutors are currently speaking with witnesses and reviewing all of the materials supplied by Miami Beach Police. Only after these reviews have been completed would any type of action be considered or taken. This is the basic process that every criminal case in Miami-Dade County undergoes.”
