The City Beautiful has a problem ugly.

Police say they’re dealing with some perverted crimes, including peeping Toms in the northern part of the city, and hope to put an end to it. First order of business: locating a man who allegedly snuck up and exposed himself to a female sunbather.

The incident happened on October 3 at about 10:15 in the morning in an apartment complex in the 200 block of Mendoza Avenue. A man allegedly snuck up on the female while she was tanning, and while covering his face with a t-shirt he exposed himself and then fled.

However, the man did not cover his face while walking around in other parts of the apartment complex and his mug was caught on video camera. He’s described as a white male in his late 20s with brown eyes, short brown hair and some facial stubble.
