Jeremy Justin Julien couldn’t keep his junk behind his zipper so now the 23-year-old is behind bars.
He was arrested earlier this week for twice exposing himself to a young girl under the age of 16.
According to NBC6, the victim was making her way back from school on September 12th when near the area Northwest 10th Avenue and 60th Street she encountered Julien. He was in a maroon Honda and appeared to be driving around the girl.
At one point he exposed himself and began licking his lips.

Only a few days earlier Julien had targeted the same girl and done the same exact thing. The girl decided to call police, and now they’ve finally captured Julien. He was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior on a victim under 16 and is being held on $15,000 bond.
