A man was found lying dead with gunshot wounds on a Northwest Miami-Dade street last night, according to Miami-Dade Police.
Cops found the body of 22-year-old Israel Travis on the pavement in front of 9111 NW 29th Ct. after they responded to a call about gunshots fired at 10:25 p.m.
In January 2007, Travis was charged with, but not convicted of, possessing and selling cocaine.
