Former Miami Hurricane and current Washington Redskin Rocky McIntosh was a guest on D.C.-area sports radio show this morning, and on the day after national signing day the hosts had recruiting on their mind. They started throwing questions at McIntosh about what part strip clubs and hot girls may have played in his decision to attend the U. Well, McIntosh happened to have his phone on speaker, and his wife overheard. Things didn’t go so well.
The incident starts at about the 2:00 minute mark in the video below from Larry Brown Sports.
Apparently, Rocky’s wife, Natalie, is a U alum as well, and the two met on Rocky’s first day of classes. The pair got married just three days after McIntosh was drafted in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft. Sounds like Mrs. McIntosh didn’t want any strip club stories marring her storybook romance.
