We’re not sure who would want to live in the home OJ Simpson retreated to after being acquitted of murder charges, but in October it could be yours. After being foreclosed on, Simpson’s Kendall pad is being put up for auction.
According to Gossip Extra, JP Morgan Chase Bank won its foreclosure suit against Simpson this week and plans to put the home at 9450 SW 112th Street up for auction on October 29.
Simpson moved to Kendall back in 2000 after several gated communities in Coconut Grove and Coral Gables rejected his efforts to buy there.
Simpson, of course, has been sitting in a Nevada jail since 2008 and stopped paying his mortgage back in 2010. He bought the home originally for $575,000, but the property appraiser’s office now values the home at $481,000.
