As reported here earlier, Cobb frantically tried and failed to ditch a caravan of Miami Police officers last Friday. Along the way, he smashed up other vehicles and a couple of squad cars.
Turns out investigators wanted to question Cobb about the murder of Arsenio Harden. The 20-year-old victim was shot in the chest shortly after 9 p.m. this past December 22. According to a police incident report, Harden was found lying on the ground in front of 1540 NW First Place in Overtown.
Detectives had already picked up 22-year-old Antonio Alonzo Branch for the first degree murder this past January 15. I’m gonna guess that Branch told Miami’s finest that Cobb was in on the killing too.
According to Miami-Dade’s criminal court database, Branch, Cobb and Harden have prior arrests for possessing and selling cocaine. Read the homicide report after the jump.
