Daniel Goodson should be considered a hero. Despite the fact he is a criminal sitting in Pennsylvania jail, he’s bravely attempted to hold the Kardashian sisters accountable for the surely more grievous crimes they’ve committed against America with their Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami show. Sadly, Goodson has lost a lawsuit he filed against the sisters Kardashian claiming that watching their shows caused him “extreme emotional distress.”
Goodson filed the suit last year after he claims he was forced to watch endless hours upon hours of their shows “Take Miami” and “Keeping Up with the Kardashian” in prison.
His claim also states he’s permanently scarred from being subjected to domestic abuse (a boxing match on the show featuring Kim), emotional abuse (rantings courtesy of Kourtney and “paramour Scott”) and racism (Khloe referring to a baby doll as “the black baby”).

“Upon viewing all season two episodes the plaintiff exhibited disturbing behavior to include abnormal conversation to other as a result of the viewing the defendants engage in such abusive and disturbing actions,” the lawsuit claimed.
Well, any conversation about the Kardashians tends to be abnormal, doesn’t it?
Goodson sought $75,000 in damages, but today an appeals court ruled that the sisters’ actions were “simply not sufficiently outrageous” to cause Goodson’s troubles.
I wonder though if the citizens of Miami could file a class action suit against Kourtney and Khloe for emotional distress as a result of being “taken.”
