Underthebusmiami.com is the spawn of thesmokinggun.com and the defunct thedirtmiami.com. The new blog appears to have started this week, chock full ‘o restraining orders, South Beach gossip and tax lein scandals. One entertaining thread highlights a feud between Mynt/Rok Bar owner Roberto Caan and his (former?) Rok Bar business partner Phillip Sylvester. An alleged cell phone assault and threats make good reading: “You don’t know who you’re fucking with, you’re dead,” Caan said to Sylvester, according to the restraining order against Caan.
The blog helpfully shows a copy of the restraining order filed in Circuit Court. A blogger who knows his/her way around the Sunshine Law?
